الشورى في مفهوم الفقه الإسلامي

يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح أن الذي يستشير الناس لا يندم أبداً، واالله
سبحانه وتعالى يوفقه للخير، ويهديه إلى الصواب وبالشورى يستفيد الإنسان من
تجارب غيره ويشاركهم في عقولهم، وبذلك يتجنب الخطأ والضرر، ويصبح دائماً
على صواب .
إن الشورى فيها تأليف القلوب وتنسيق الجهود وتجميعها والإفادة من
الطاقات وعدم تبريرها، ومنع الظلم والفردية، وفيها إشاعة حرية ال أري وربط
جميع مستويات الأمة برباط قوي واضح.
bstract
This research aims at showing that the person who consults
other people will never regret. The Almighty Good will help him
to do good and to do the right thing, Through consultation
(Shoorah) ,a person con benefits from the experience of others and shares their brains with them . So, he reduces his mistakes
and risks by always doing the right thing.
Consultation (Shoora) harmonizes all the hearts , unites all
the eforts together ,makes people benefit from their strengths and
not lets them drain away , prevents injustice and individuality
paves the way for the free ideas and finally binding all the levels
of the nation with a strong and clear tie
