الملخص

<p>يهدف هذا البحث إلى تأصيل دلالة النهي في سورة الأعراف عند الأصوليين وإن علم أصول الفقه علم جليل القدر بالغ الأهمية عظيم الفائدة ومن أهم قواعده:<br />
دلالة النهي إذ بمعرفة النهي يستطيع المسلم أن يميز بين الحلال والحرام ويكون في منأى عن سخط الله وعقابه.<br />
وقد تطرقت في هذه الدراسة لأهمية الموضوع والمنهج الذي اتبعته ومشكلة الدراسة والإطار الحدودي للتطبيق وتطرقت الدراسة لتعريف النهي وتطبيقات هذه القاعدة في سورة الأعراف.<br />
كما شملت الدراسة دلالة النهي بصيغة لا تفعل في سورة الأعراف<br />
واختتمت الدراسة بخاتمة وأهم التوصيات والنتائج وقائمة ثبت المصادر والمراجع.</p>

Abstract
This research aims to rooting Indication of prohibition at
the fundamentalists in Surat Al-A'raf
The science of jurisprudence is the science of
jurisprudence, great destiny science very important great
interest. One of the most important rules is a sign of the
prohibition, by knowing the prohibition, a Muslim can
distinguish between Taboo and Taboos (Halal and
Haram) , in the absence of the wrath of God and
punishment
This study dealt with the definition of prohibition, the
importance of the subject and the methodology followed,
and the problem of research and the framework of the
application, and the application of that rule in Surat AlA'raf
The study also included the conclusion and the most
important findings and recommendations and a list of
proven sources and references.
