دور أدوات المحاسبة الإدارية الإستراتيجية في دعم القدرة التنافسية

الملخص

<p>تناولت الدراسة دور المحاسبة الإدارية الإستراتيجية في دعم القدرة التنافسية. هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان دور تطبيق أسلوب التحسين المستمر وأسلوب الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد كأحد أساليب المحاسبة الإدارية الإستراتيجية في دعم القدرة التنافسية. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في&nbsp; بيان أثر تطبيق أسلوب التحسين المستمر على القدرة التنافسية، وأثر تطبيق أسلوب الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد على القدرة التنافسية. توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج منها : يسهم أسلوب التحسين المستمر في خفض التكاليف لدعم القدرة التنافسية، ويسهم أسلوب الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد بخفض تكلفة رأس المال غير المستثمر في مدخلات الإنتاج لدعم القدرة التنافسية. و أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها رفع الوعي بالمحاسبة الإدارية الإستراتيجية لدعم القدرة التنافسية لمنشآت الأعمال، والعمل على عقد دورات تدريبية لبيان أساليب المحاسبة الإدارية الإستراتيجية لمنشآت الأعمال لدعم القدرة التنافسية.</p>

Abstract
The study dealt with the role of strategic accounting in
supporting competitiveness. The study aimed to
demonstrate the role of applying the method of
continuous improvement and the method of production on
time as one of the methods of strategic accounting in
support of competitiveness. The problem of the study in
the statement of the effect of applying the method of
continuous improvement on competitiveness, and the
impact of the application of the method of production in
time on the competitiveness. The study concluded that
the method of continuous improvement reduces costs to
support competitiveness. The method of production
contributes in time to reducing the cost of non-invested
capital in production inputs to support competitiveness.
The study recommended several recommendations,
including raising awareness of strategic management
accounting to support the competitiveness of business
enterprises, and to hold training courses to demonstrate
the strategic management accounting methods for
business enterprises to support competitiveness.
