ملخص :
الدافع من وراء هذه الدراسة هو تحليل وبيان تأثير تقلبات أسعار النفط العالمية
على بعض المتغيرات الكلية الا في قتصاد السعودي ( الناتج المحلي الإجمالي،
الموازنة العامة للدولة، الميزان التجاري) للفترة ( 2019-2001 ) م لما تمثله أسعار
النفط من تحدياً كبيراً بسبب اعتماده الشديد عليها، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج
الوصفي التحليلي وبالاستعانة بالأساليب القياسية وأسلوب نموذج الا نحدار الخطي
لاختبار اثر التقلبات على متغيرات الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج
ومن أهمها؛ عدم وجود تأثير معنوي لتقلبات أسعار النفط على الناتج المحلي
الإجمالي، وجود تأثير معنوي موجب لتقلبات أسعار النفط على الإيرادات الحكومية
وأنها تفسر حوالي 70 نم% التغيرات بها، وجود تأثير معنوي لتقلبات أسعار النفط
على الميزان التجاري حيث يزيد الفائض مع زيادة أسعار النفط والعكس صحيح
وأنها تفسر حوالي %78 من التغيرات به . وأوصى الباحثان بضرورة التنويع
الاقتصادي، واستغلال فوائض الإيرادات النفطية في عمل مشروعات استثماري ة
مستدامة في القطاعات الأخرى، والتحذير من عصر ما بعد النفط
Abstract:
The aim behind this study is to analyze and explain the impact of
global oil price fluctuations on some macroeconomic variables in
Saudi economy (GDP, Government budget, Trade balance) form
the period (2001 to 2019) because oil prices represent a major
challenge due to the dependence of the Saudi economy on Oil
revenue as the only resource in that manner. The methodology of
this research is descriptive and analytical approach, using
econometrics linear regression models so as to test the effect of
fluctuations on the variables under study. The study reached a
number of results, the most important of which are: there is no
significant impact of oil price fluctuations on the gross domestic
product (GDP), there is a positive significant impact of oil price
fluctuations on government revenues, and they explain about
70% of the changes in it, also there is a significant effect of oil
price fluctuations on the trade balance, where the surplus
increases with the increase in oil prices and vice versa ,It
explains about 78% of the changes in it. The researchers
recommended the necessity of economic diversification, and the
exploitation of surplus oil revenues in the work of sustainable
investment projects in other sectors, and a warning about the
post-oil era.
