جاءت هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان الفعل الماضي والمضارع، دراسة نحوية دلالية.

وهدفت إلى التعريف بأنّ الزمن هو حيّز وظرف تقع فيه أفعال الناس وأقوالهم، وإظهار آراء العلماء والتعريف بجهودهم قديماً وحديثاً في بحثهم عن الزمن وكيفية تخصيص أبواب له في كتبهم باسم الفعل الماضي والمضارع من غير إشارة صريحة إلى لفظه وإنما ضمنياً، أتبع في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي الذي يصف المادة وصفاً دقيقاً في كتبها المختصة بها. وتوصلت إلى نتائج منها : دخول حروف الجر على الفعل الماضي، لم يخرجه من الفعلية إلى الإسمية، دخول (أل) على كلمة (آن) فصارت (الآن)، قد أجمع العلماء على فعليتها، مع أن (أل) من خصائص الأسماء توصي الدراسة الباحثين بدراسة الفعل الماضي والمضارع دراسة صرفية من حيث الزيادة والتجريد، ثم دراسة الفعل المضارع دراسة نحوية من حيث خروجه عن القواعد التي وضعت له.

Abstract:
The current study of under the title of Verb: past and present and their temporal
connotations a grammatical study. It aimed to identify the time and the importance
of this study lies in the fact that it deals with an issue related to the livelihood of
people and their lives and identify the efforts of scholars, in the past and present, in
their search for time and how to allocate sections for it in their books in the name
of past and present tense verbs without an explicit reference to time, but rather an
implicit statement.The study followed the descriptive inductive approach that
accurately describes the material in her books concerned with it. The study reached many results as: the preposition of the preposition into the past
tense, and it did not remove it from the verb to the nominative. And the entry of
(the) on the word (Anne) became (now), and scholars are unanimously agreed on
its verb, even though (the) is one of the characteristics of nouns. The study also
recommends studying the past tense and the present tense a morphological study in
terms of addition and abstraction, then studying the present verb a grammatical
study in terms of its departure from the rules that have been set for it.
